Our setup
Rent Assured Property Ltd is the trading name of our VAT registered business.
Directors, Sara Watkins-Schmidt CeLAP & Nick Stentiford. We offer property management across Taunton with our new business set up and refreshing approach to property management. With our business established in Taunton, we are setting our sights on Exeter and Torbay where we also have extensive property experience.
Our contract working with the NHS across the region offering excellent accommodation and terms to both tenants and landlords for NHS staff.
We are proud to be part of the original franchise intake of Sourced Living, launched March 2024.

Nick is an established and experienced property landlord. Sara has completed training with Sourced Living, Able Agent, Rightmove and Homelet to become CeLAP qualified with ABBE Level 3 Certificate in Lettings Advice & Practice as well as commercial, residential and overseas sales experience.
Both Nick and Sara are experienced businesspeople and highly regarded in their networking circles. They know property, people and the region – which is why they are confident in delivering letting services to all and have been successful in creating Rent Assured in 2024 in Taunton and look to grow the portfolio further.

Nick is a property landlord, ex pub landlord, entrepreneur building our businesses across the Southwest in property and cleaning.
